By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging DHT Advertisement 10X Service for any digital marketing, ad management, landing page, CRM, or lead generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this website by any third party.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to engage our services. Business engagements must be authorised by the legal owner or duly authorised representative.

All digital marketing, ad management, and lead generation services are provided under a signed service agreement or invoice that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, ad spend, and management fees. This website and any pre-contract communication does not constitute a binding offer.

• Scope is defined in the proposal, invoice, or signed service agreement
• Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately
• Ad spend (budget paid to Meta, Google, etc.) is separate from our management fee
• Creative production, landing page, and CRM inclusions are documented per package
• Ad account ownership remains with the client unless agreed otherwise

Management fees are payable in advance for the agreed period (monthly or per-package). Ad spend must be funded directly by the client on the respective ad platform or paid in advance to us as agreed. Campaigns will pause if ad spend or management fees are not received on time.

Digital advertising results depend on multiple factors including offer quality, market demand, creative performance, landing page, sales follow-up, and platform policies. While we commit to best-in- class campaign delivery and optimisation, exact lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and revenue are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing as part of a specific guarantee package.

• Provide accurate business, brand, and product information
• Grant required access to ad accounts, business manager, website, and CRM
• Approve creatives, copy, and landing pages within agreed timelines
• Follow up on leads delivered within reasonable response times
• Make timely payment of management fees and ad spend
• Comply with all applicable ad platform policies and local laws

All content on this website — including logos, text, designs, ad creatives, landing pages, frameworks, and software — is the property of DHT Advertisement 10X Service or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client-owned brand assets remain the property of the client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DHT Advertisement 10X Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of website use, ad performance, or service delivery beyond the limits defined in the signed service agreement. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the management fee paid by the client for the most recent one-month period.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as per the signed agreement. Pre-paid management fees for the unused period are governed by our Refund Policy. Pending deliverables and lead handover terms shall apply as defined therein.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
