Refund Policy

We aim to make every engagement transparent and fair. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued by DHT Advertisement 10X Service for our digital marketing, ad management, landing page, and lead generation services.

A package or monthly retainer payment confirms your slot in our campaign delivery pipeline. If you choose to cancel before any strategy, setup, creative, or campaign work has commenced, you may request a refund subject to the deductions described below.

• Cancellation within 3 days of payment AND before any work has started — eligible for refund after deducting payment gateway charges and a small administrative fee
• Cancellation after strategy, creative, landing page, or campaign setup has started — refund proportional to work not yet delivered
• Cancellation after campaigns have gone live — no refund on the running month's management fee; governed by the signed service agreement

Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days from the date of confirmation, through the original mode of payment.

• Ad spend already paid to Meta, Google, or any other ad platform — this is governed by the respective platform's refund policy, not by us
• Strategy sessions, audits, and consultation calls already conducted
• Creative production, ad copy, and design work already delivered
• Landing pages already designed and deployed
• CRM setup, integrations, and automation already configured
• Third-party tool subscriptions and software licenses purchased on your behalf
• Payment gateway fees, GST, and applicable taxes

Ad spend paid directly to Meta, Google, YouTube, or any other ad platform is fully controlled by that platform. Refunds, credits, or balance returns on ad spend are governed by the respective platform's policy and are NOT issued by DHT Advertisement 10X Service.

Refunds are credited only to the originating bank account or payment instrument. Any applicable taxes, payment gateway fees, or third-party charges incurred at the time of payment are non-refundable.

Once a campaign is under active execution, cancellation, settlement, and handover of accounts/assets are governed exclusively by the terms of the signed service agreement.
