Service Delivery & Termination Policy

How projects are delivered, changed, completed or brought to a close.

Last updated: 27 September 2026

01

Scope and schedule

We define deliverables, milestones, dependencies and target dates in a written proposal or statement of work. Timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed. Client feedback, access, approvals, third-party reviews or scope changes may affect delivery dates.

02

Reviews and changes

The client should review submitted work and provide consolidated feedback within the period stated in the agreement. Changes beyond the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional fee approved in writing. Final files, credentials or handover items are provided as specified in the agreement, subject to payment and licensing terms.

03

Pauses and termination

Either party may request a pause or end an engagement under the notice and termination terms of its written agreement. If no such terms are stated, contact us in writing to agree a practical transition. We may pause or terminate work for material non-payment, unsafe or unlawful instructions, or serious breach, after notice where reasonably possible.

04

On closure

We will identify completed work, outstanding fees, third-party commitments and handover arrangements according to the agreement. Client-owned accounts remain under the client's control. We may retain records required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes, with personal data handled under our Privacy Policy. Write to helloadsytech@gmail.com for delivery or termination questions.
