Project-specific terms come first
The cancellation, milestone and refund provisions in your signed proposal, invoice or written service agreement take priority. If no specific provision exists, the principles below apply. Please ask for clarification before approving work or making a payment.
Before work starts
If you cancel before we begin work or commit non-recoverable third-party costs, contact us promptly. We will review the payment received and refund any unearned amount, less any agreed setup costs, payment-processing charges that cannot be recovered, and expenses already incurred with your authorization, where permitted by law.
After work starts
For strategy, design, development, production, advertising management and other customized services, completed work and committed costs are payable. If you cancel mid-project, we will account for work performed, approved milestones and non-refundable third-party commitments; any remaining prepaid amount, if owed, will be returned under the agreement and applicable law. Work already delivered or accepted is ordinarily not refundable merely because a preference or business goal changes.
Advertising and third-party spend
Media spend paid to platforms, domain/hosting charges, software licenses and other third-party fees are controlled by their providers and may be non-refundable. We cannot refund amounts already spent by a third party; any credit or refund from that provider is subject to its rules.
How to request a review
Email helloadsytech@gmail.com with your name, invoice or project reference, cancellation reason and relevant details. We will review the agreement, work completed and payments, then communicate an itemized decision and any applicable refund method and timeline. Statutory rights, where they apply, are not limited by this policy.
